Card Radar is a personal tool for the operator of this instance. By using the dashboard or connecting Instagram, you agree to these terms and to Meta's Platform Terms.

Permitted use

• Discover public hashtag posts about Japanese trading cards through the official Instagram Hashtag Search API.
• Receive Slack alerts and suggested English comments for manual review.
• Import candidate accounts from a source the operator already has permission to use.

Prohibited use

• Automated follows, likes, or comments.
• Browser bots, scraping, or unofficial Instagram clients.
• Using hashtag search to spam, harass, or mislead people.
• Sharing access tokens, Slack webhooks, or API keys in public channels.

No warranty

The tool is provided as-is for the operator's own business outreach. Instagram rate limits, App Review decisions, and account restrictions are controlled by Meta, not by Card Radar.
